Cladding Processing

Cladding processing means using adhesive to wrap the substrate together and prolong the life of the substrate. Laminating Processing

The definition of laminating processing is using the adhesive to laminate the decorating materials on the surface of another material, it is usually applied in furniture, kitchen utensils, and automobile decoration. The first step of processing is sanding the surface, making the surface smooth, and matching the laminating materials. Next, it would use the adhesive to glue the decorating materials to the surface and employ the cold press machine or hot press machine to compress and cure. The last step is correct the wood surface and a wood process with laminating is done.

Laminate flooring is a material processed with more than two kinds of wood. There will be composed of three layers, which are the faceplate, substrate, and soleplate. Compared with the round wood floor, laminate flooring has these advantages:
