According to Paragraph 2, Subparagraph 9 of the REACH, the polymer does not apply to Part 2 and Part 6 of the REACH.
The serial products (PU,TPU) have conformed to the standards of SVHC announced by ECHA. The sixteen substances are all ND(Not Detected) by the examination of SGS.The examination report is as below. Please use for serenity.
 

  • What is REACH?
    Registration, Evaluation, Authorization, and Restriction of Chemicals. REACH is a kind of rule to evaluate the chemical substances of products to avoid harmful influence to human health and environment.
     
  • EU promulgate REACH rules.
    REACH had finally passed the vote of the EU council on December 18, 2006 and promulgate to put into practice on June 1, 2007.
    REACH has replaced 40 current rules of EU to be a set of united manageable rules of registration, evaluation, permission and restriction. It has a set of registration and evaluation system concerning to 30000 substances. It ask the substance all existed or new ones with imported and producing over or above a ton to register for providing the using information of security. EU was based on the approved REACH on December 18, 2006, REACH had taken effect on June 1, 2007. ECHA proclaimed the list of SVHC on October 28, 2008 and 16 substances of SVHC. The standard of REACH is much clear. The sixteen substances need to register, report and apply authorization in regulatory time of REACH. The list of SVHC may still have new development in recent months or years.(there are 2000 substance in the discussion.) ALL companies should prepare according to the list. The sixteen substances mentioned are CMR,PBT（Persistent, bioaccumulative and toxic) and vPvB（very Persistent and very Bioaccumulatice）.
