As happy as you join the FIFA World Cup, CPMC will meet you again in NPE which is world's top three exhibitions about plastics and rubber!
Do you remember the football which was used by players in the 2014 FIFA World Cup Brasil? It is made from CPMC’s TPU which can be used for bladder to consolidate the whole structure, or it can be used for top layer to give many characteristics including scratch resistance, abrasion resistance …and so on. Now, the 2018 FIFA World Cup is coming. Before that, we invite you to the grand event-NPE 2018, and you can meet latest materials that we provide, including the material that may reappear in FIFA World Cup!
Nowadays, environmental protection has increasingly been cared everywhere. In many countries, governments set various strict regulations to control enterprises to avoid harmful substances harm the environment, society, and people, and the regulations governments set also impact on the industry seriously.
In order to lead the industry back to colorful life, Coating continues to develop all kinds of environmental friendly materials that can reach the environmental standards in Europe and America, including Thermoplastic Polyurethane (TPU), Reactive Polyurethane Hot-melt Adhesive (PUR), Polyurethane Adhesive for Flexible Packaging Lamination (PUA) and Water-based Polyurethane Dispersions (PUD), each material represents one color and through them to create many rainbows. In addition, we continue to extend application fields of materials including (1) IPU (Irreversible PU) for textile coating/synthetic leather that attract attention in 2017 Chinaplas. With the same good physical properties (such as good hydrolysis resistance, good flexing…and so on), IPU also can saves you more than 50% costs (likes oven energy consumption, pollution treatment, etc.) with eco-friendly characteristic. (2) The melt-spun TPU that the industry concern. Compared with PET, nylon and other materials, TPU can be weaved with other materials to enhance the performance of application products likes good elasticity and good abrasion resistance. (3) The Calendering Grade TPU for Eco-friendly Synthetic Leather, it can make leather soft and replace traditional PVC material.
